DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONS?

I’m not taking commissions right now. I love painting freely and letting inspiration lead the way, and that’s when my work feels its best. Painting is something I truly enjoy and like to keep as a peaceful, creative space. If I open commission spots in the future, I’ll share the news on Instagram. You’re always welcome to email photos or ideas that you think might inspire a future piece.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders typically ship within five to ten business days. Additional shipping information can be found in the Shipping and Returns section of the website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently offered through the website.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of the artwork, all original paintings and fine art prints are final sale. 

HOW WILL MY ARTWORK BE SHIPPED?

Prints are carefully packaged in a glassine quality protective sleeve and shipped in a rigid flat mailer. All print orders are sent via USPS and include tracking.

Jamie Swain Art is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave the studio. Domestic customers may select shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK?

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Jamie Swain, DBA Jamie Swain Art, including all reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from the artist.
